Anatoly Poutiline

is an Ukrainian Postwar & Contemporary artist who was born in 1946 (Bratske, Ukraine).


Nonconformist artist, participant of Gaza-Nevsky exhibitions.

In 1961 he entered the Art School in Birobidzhan, but was expelled.Worked as a worker at a shipyard in Sovetskaya Gavan. From 1965 to 1968 he served in the Pacific Navy.

In 1968 he entered the third year of the Leningrad Art School named after V. Serov at the Department of Industrial Graphics.In 1970 he received a diploma of graduation.In the 70s he took an active part in exhibitions of unofficial artists.

In 1978 he was forced to leave the USSR. Since 1979 he lives in Paris.

 

Anatoly Poutiline's work has been offered at auction multiple times, with realized prices ranging from 453 USD to 1,433 USD, depending on the size and medium of the artwork. Since 2010 the record price for this artist at auction is 1,433 USD for Signe Ezo, sold at Louiza Auction in 2021.
